NOCY is a privacy-first DeFi ecosystem built for Midnight’s programmable privacy model. It focuses on delivering usable, end-to-end tooling for private on-chain activity, including a wallet, an orderbook DEX (CLOB markets), and an explorer. The stack is live for testing and is designed around shielded and unshielded flows, including fee handling aligned with Midnight’s NIGHT and DUST model. The NOCY token is issued on Cardano (same base chain as NIGHT today) and is planned to migrate/bridge to Midnight once Midnight mainnet launches. Key infrastructure components are being shipped and open-sourced to support builders and integrations as the ecosystem matures.
