The OneKey App (desktop/extension/mobile app) provides an anti-counterfeiting verification feature to ensure that the hardware wallet device is an original product, thereby confirming its authenticity.

Verification Process

Desktop Mobile / Extension

1. Click on the account name -> Select the hardware wallet to verify -> Click "Edit" -> Choose "Device authentication."

2. On your hardware wallet, click "Confirm," and then the OneKey App will verify your device's serial number (this process does not interact with the secure chip, so your recovery phrase is safe). If "Verification successful" appears on the screen, it means your device is an authentic product manufactured by OneKey.
