OneKey Card Balance Refund Notice: Contact Support by October 29
Dear OneKey Card User,
The OneKey Card service officially ended on January 31, 2025, and we have been actively winding down the remaining balances ever since. Some users still have funds in their accounts. Please contact our support team to request a refund before 11:59 PM (UTC+8) on October 29, 2026. Starting at 12:00 AM (UTC+8) on October 30, 2026, a monthly account management fee of 10 USDC will be deducted from any remaining balance until it reaches zero. This fee covers the server and service-provider custody costs of maintaining the service. We strongly recommend requesting your refund before the deadline to avoid these fees.
How to request a refund
Since October 14, 2026, the Card website has been offline, and self-service withdrawals are no longer available. We have kept a complete record of every user's balance and the identity documents submitted at registration. To request a refund, contact our support team in the OneKey App or through the Help Center on our official website, open a ticket, and provide the following:
- The email address used to register your OneKey Card
- Photos of the front and back of the ID document used at registration
- A verification video: hold your ID, face the camera, and read the following statement: "My name is ____, and my ID number is ____. As the Card website has ceased operations, I request that OneKey Card Support export my balance."
- A USDC receiving address on the Arbitrum network
Once your information is verified, our support team will transfer your balance manually and share the transaction hash with you.

Account management fee after the deadline
Starting at 12:00 AM (UTC+8) on October 30, 2026, a monthly account management fee of 10 USDC will be deducted from any remaining balance until it reaches zero.
- Deduction order: Crypto assets (USDC, USDT) are deducted first, followed by USD. For example, with a balance of 8 USDT and 5 USD, 8 USDT is deducted first, then 2 USD.
- Why the fee: It covers the ongoing server and service-provider custody costs of maintaining the service.
- Refunds after the deadline: You can still request a refund through support after October 30. Your remaining balance will be refunded after any accrued fees are deducted.
Wind-down timeline
Recent claims that OneKey does not allow users to withdraw their Card balances are not true. We have been winding down the service step by step since 2024:
Beware of scams
Only contact support and submit documents through the OneKey App or the Help Center on our official website. OneKey Support will never message you first, and will never ask for your recovery phrase, private keys, or passwords. If anyone contacts you about a refund and asks for your documents, please ignore them.
