- Where you can use itRedeemable only on OneKey for eligible OneKey products and services. It can't be used to buy other gift cards or exchanged for cash, except where required by law.
- Gift card amountsOneKey Gift Cards are issued in fixed amounts. You can: choose a general amount (for example, $50, $100), or choose an amount that roughly matches the price of a specific OneKey product. Your recipient can then use the card to order that product directly. If the final order total (including tax, shipping, or discounts) is higher than the card balance, they can simply pay the difference with another payment method.
- ValidityYour OneKey Gift Card has no expiration date. The balance stays available until it is fully used, unless otherwise required by local law.
- Use it once or many timesYou can redeem your Gift Card in one or multiple orders until the balance reaches zero. If there is any amount left after checkout, it stays on the card and can be used next time.
- No fees, no interestThere are no activation or maintenance fees. Balances do not earn interest.
- Returns & refundsPurchases made with a Gift Card can't be refunded to cash. If a product is returned, any refundable amount is re-credited to a Gift Card.
- Treat it like cashAnyone with the code can use the balance. OneKey is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misused Gift Cards.
