Book

Once you complete your purchase, click on the link in your order confirmation email to book your session. Simply select a date and time.

Join

Grab your OneKey hardware wallet, sit by your computer, and click the session link in your email to join your OneKey Sifu Onboarding Session. If you need to reschedule, please do so 48 hours in advance.

Want to reschedule? No problem! Just let our Sifu know 48 hours in advance, and we’ll find a new time that works for you.

Keep your sensitive info, like your PIN or wallet backup, safe. OneKey Sifu will never ask for it.

You can turn on your camera during the session if you like, but only the Sifu’s voice will be recorded for safety reasons.

How do I schedule my OneKey Sifu Onboarding Session?

After completing your order on the OneKey Shop, you’ll get a purchase confirmation email with a link to schedule your session. Select a date and time from the available options, and you’ll soon be on your way to setting up your OneKey.

Can I reschedule my session?

You can reschedule your OneKey Sifu Onboarding Session once, but you must do so at least 48 hours before the session begins. Rescheduling isn’t possible if your session is scheduled to start within 48 hours.

How do I prepare for the session?

After completing your order, you’ll receive a link to watch a prep video. Additionally, make sure you have a compatible USB cable, pen, stable internet connection, secure environment, and your OneKey device ready in your hands.

What will be covered during the session?

The session is designed to help you set up your OneKey hardware wallet. This includes instructions on initiating the OneKey device, setting up a PIN, creating a wallet backup, and connecting with OneKey App to send and receive cryptos.

Is the OneKey Sifu Onboarding Session secure?

Yes! The OneKey Sifu Onboarding Session is designed for your privacy and security. No private data is shared during the session. Only the voice of the OneKey Sifu is recorded for liability purposes.
