Want to reschedule? No problem! Just let our Sifu know 48 hours in advance, and we’ll find a new time that works for you.

Keep your sensitive info, like your PIN or wallet backup, safe. OneKey Sifu will never ask for it.

You can turn on your camera during the session if you like, but only the Sifu’s voice will be recorded for safety reasons.

For a better experience, please use a laptop or desktop computer. This will make it easier to operate your hardware wallet during the onboarding process and allow you to see the OneKey Expert's demonstrations more clearly. At the scheduled time, click the "Join your session" link provided in your email on your computer, and have your OneKey device ready.05
How do I schedule my OneKey Sifu Onboarding Session?

After completing your order on the OneKey Shop, you’ll get a purchase confirmation email with a link to schedule your session. Select a date and time from the available options, and you’ll soon be on your way to setting up your OneKey.06
Can I reschedule my session?

You can reschedule your OneKey Sifu Onboarding Session once, but you must do so at least 48 hours before the session begins. Rescheduling isn’t possible if your session is scheduled to start within 48 hours.07
How do I prepare for the session?

After completing your order, you’ll receive a link to watch a prep video. Additionally, make sure you have a compatible USB cable, pen, stable internet connection, secure environment, and your OneKey device ready in your hands.08
What will be covered during the session?

The session is designed to help you set up your OneKey hardware wallet. This includes instructions on initiating the OneKey device, setting up a PIN, creating a wallet backup, and connecting with OneKey App to send and receive cryptos.09
